banana cakes, please.

today, i made banana cakes. cause well i felt like it and because the bananas were going bad. 

i used a recipe from babycakes but did a little tweaky tweaky to it. you know. anyways. they were really great. 

and i used my new reusable cupcake holder things, which was cool. 

licking the bowl is always my favorite. 

ok. confession time. i've had like four of these today plus a ton of batter....oops. 

i love it.

when the sun shines through the window. and makes the room super warm.

spring is coming guys. hang in there!

mmm. today has been a good day. 

i've just been thinking all day. 

i think i think way too much. 

which is good.

 but then sometimes bad.

and i have a major love/hate relationship. 

i'm absolutely in love with the content of the book. it has a great message that is really eye opening and i've really begun to look at things with a new perspective because of this book.

however, i am a horrible reader. i hate reading and can never focus when i'm reading....i find myself reading the same sentence about twenty times in a row way too often. with any book. and with this book you really have to pay attention. and since it's taken me so long to get about half way through the book (six months) i have no idea what happened in the beginning.

needless to say, i will be reading the book over again. once i finish. because i must finish what i have started.

so. i decided i'm just gonna put everything in one post today.

so first of all. here are some valentimmmes. i made for lovins day.

and second of all. i have a story. it's funny to me. but i don't know if it will be funny typed out. so we'll just call it a cute story.

so. this morning i helped out with preschool at church and all the little kids were walking in and sitting in the hall waiting to go to there class. i was just standing there because i didn't really know what i was supposed to be doing and so i look down and all of the sudden i hear this kid talking to his friend and he goes, "look! that's the girl i like! right there! in the blue jacket! you see her?!" the girl was like three feet away from him and he was pointing at her shouting mind you. needless to say it was adorable. but it gets better. so then. we're about to take all the little chillins to there class and so the little girl goes up to the boy and stands so cute just waving right in his face trying to get his attention. finally he sees her. and gives her this massive hug. 

oh preschool love. you make me smile.
