things come up. and it gets stressful.

summer will be here soon though. and i'll have a lot more time once anonymous is over.

pray for me this weekend. i'm pretty nervous about the show. :/ and i will be praying for you all as well!

a rainy morning at belle isle.

early yesterday morning colin and i went to belle isle to take pictures. we wanted elsbeth to go but she couldn't. :/. next time els. next time...

anyways we had a good time even though we were freezing. i just took random pictures with my digital camera and with my holga while colin did some stuff for a school assignment. here are some of my photos...

then on the way back to church to take colin to his car and meet up with some peeps. i ended up going the wrong way on a one way street....but we're just gonna let that one slide. praise God no one was coming. haha. 

this morning.

i do that a lot these days.

green smoothie.

recently. i've had a major obsession with smoothies. that's all want. they're just fun and good i guess. 

so this was a smoothie i had today. and no it's not mint chocolate chip ice cream. it's super good though.  and super simple which i like. simplicity is a good thing. all that you need to make it is:

raw almond butter (or any nut/seed butter really). 

bananas. 

spinach. 

and ice. 

just blend it all up until it tastes good! and you don't taste the spinach fyi.

so i found this the other day...

i guess it was one of the first things i "sewed" since those are definitely staples mind you...

hahah. 

anyways. today. has been a pretty good day. i've been successful in doing pretty much nothing. i got a lot of sleep which was nice because those of you who have been around me this week know that i definitely needed it. i don't handle not sleeping well. then. i messed around on the internet for a while. you know did some good blog reading and such. then i cleaned up the kitchen and showered. then i took my mom to drop off the rental car (i'm getting my car back today). and once i got home i pulled out some sewing stuff for later. then got caught up on flash forward and did some more stuff on the internet. and now i've just finished cutting out some stuff to sew so now i'm just straight chillin. hope you guys are having a good day. i'm gonna post some more photos from kelly and tess' party in a couple minutes.
