so, at first i didn't think much of this, but after hearing elizabeth talk about it and seeing the video, i realize that it's really important to a lot of people in richmond and could really make a huge positive impact on the world. so please, vote!

getaway day.

i'm glad i got away for a while yesterday. it was refreshing and just out of the norm. here's what tess and i did last night.

sweet potato gnocchi, anyone?

last thursday was so fun. i went over to lauren and kelly's and we made sweet potato gnocchi and did some other crazy things. let the good times roll!

here's lauren in time out for spilling the tea. and kelly scolding her of course...

it looked kind of ugly. but it tasted so good. kind of like eating a cinnamon roll in a bowl. 

  so attractive, i know. 

this is completely candid. lauren had just fallen off the skateboard.

one of the best days.

this past sunday was such a great day. i wish everyday was like it. so it started off with going to church. then i really just wanted to hang out with tess and lauren that day so tess and i decided to sneak off by ourselves, went to lunch at the best place and then got lauren some sweet potato chips, naked juice, and organic cookie mix because she wasn't feeling well. then went on over to habe's house to pick up my paper that she edited (gabe get's me A's. haha) and then headed to lauren's. we chilled there for a pretty good while. and just chilled. such a good day. i'm really glad we got to take stuff to lauren. sometimes i really love doing stuff for people. and sometimes i don't. because i mean sometimes it's annoying and i get irritated (i.e. last night). but i really do love doing fun things for people and making them happy... maybe it's giving that i love?

prom!

so. i was really not planning on ever going to prom again. however. lauren talked me into it and i am so glad that she did. i had so much fun it was a great night. i really love lauren. :).
