tired eyes.

last night was a sleepless night.

but, i've decided that i'm okay with the occasional sleepless night. 

it allows for some good, deep, uninterrupted thought. 

and well i really do love to think.

look it up.

our culture has really forgotten the true meaning of this word if you ask me. but it's so necessary. God created us to be true. to be real. not to pretend to be something we're not. we all need to embrace who we are. God gave us certain personalities and certain talents for good reasons. no one person is better than the other. embrace that. embrace each new day. embrace who you truly are.

today's snowy day to do list.

one. drink lots and lots of tea. and maybe some hot chocolate.

two. learn to cross stitch. 

three. sew. 

four. listen to music. all day long. 

five. bake cookies. 

six. read...it's taken me since september to get not even half way through the book i'm reading. i know. so bad. but i find the book kind of boring...:/.

seven. homework? nahhh...love that i've become a procrastinator after years of being so anti. 

eight. just enjoy the peace God has given me with the snow today. 

i love making lists. don't you? my stickies on my computer is so full of lists.

p.s. currently listening to: radiohead.

it's a new day.

i love mornings like this one right now.

i'm thinking the window will be open all day long.

on a side note. i finished this last night. i'll probably use it in the spring.

yesterday's events.

were so fun.

to start off. me and a few others (amy, bob, kara, devin, nikki, john, and mr. and mrs. kelly) attempted to go to a flea market. however, it was a fail and so i don't think we were in there more than five minutes.

and then we moved on to the love of Jesus thrift store [or the Jesus loves you store ;).] which was pretty great. right when we walked in we found a she man mind you...

i really really wish i had gotten a better photo of that.

theeeeeen. nik found a lacoste jacket for only a dollar. so crazy.

and look what else we found!...

yesterday was so random and fun. i want all days to be like that. no responsibility. just do whatever you want.

muffins.

today. i made vegan blueberry muffins with spelt flour.

i'm very pleased with how they came out to say the least as they were a complete first time experiment.

a wonderful day.

today has been so wonderful. the weather is absolutely perfect.

it started off with blueberry oatmeal. and yeah i know it's kinda random to put that here. but it's my blog. and well i can do what i want with it. hehe.

and theeeeeen. i went to starbucks. with gabe. which was great. i love habe.

after that because the weather was so lovely today lindsay and i went to belle isle and just walked around and took pictures. so perfect.

lin is so beautiful. :).

and so then after our nice little chiller i came home and had some really great ice cream.
